Refund policy
If you feel you have purchased the wrong item or made a mistake with your purchase, you can contact us atĀ info@littlelawns.com.au.Ā We will assist you with the advice on the items return based on the below guidelines.
All exchanges and return requests must be supported with proof of purchase, this includes the invoice/receipt for all online purchases.
If you have changed your mind or made an incorrect purchase, Little Lawns Turf Supplies is not obligated to provide a refund. We are happy to exchange goods, however return goods must be done at buyer expense and have satisfactory Proof of Purchase.
The return of any product to Little Lawns will only be accepted if it is strictly within 30 days of receiving the product, suitable for re selling, not have been opened and still in its sealed condition.Ā Photographic evidence may be requested before accepting the return.Ā Once the return is accepted we will notify of a suitable address (influenced by the product and location) for shipping and it will be at the purchasers expense.
If there are āDamagedā goods, Little Lawns must be contacted within 5 days from receiving of goods. We will need to see and assess photographic evidence of the damage otherwise an exchange will not be approved.
Consumer Guarantees
As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Little Lawns. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange if a product has been proven defective when adhering to label instructions and guidelines.
For all purchases made with PayPal we will provide an online store credit. For all other purchases, Little Lawns (where exchange is not possible) we will normally refund using your original payment method if possible.Ā The full amount or the amount agreed upon by both parties will be refunded, less any merchant fees previously absorbed by Little Lawns.
